I very much like - instead of having a specific number one - I very much prefer to sort of go to a sensibly evaluated Izakaya where I can see the food preparing, or a Robatayaki, where they barbecue stuff before you, some place that is not a chain place, but rather Single malt Irish Whiskey some place little, concealed down a road, where there aren't that many individuals. Furthermore, throughout the long periods of doing that, I don't think I've at any point been disheartened.
